For agencies and freelancers
Deliver more client reels without hiring another editor
Agencies run out of editing hours long before they run out of clients. Instant Studio gives every client their own design system and edits their raw footage into finished reels, so one person can keep many brands on schedule.
Short answer
Instant Studio is a full editing system for agencies and freelancers. Each client gets a design system (fonts, colours, caption look). You drop in their raw footage and a reference reel, brief the edit, and it delivers the finished reel in that client's style. Revisions are plain-English notes. ₹2,999 a month, plus your own Claude plan.
Where agency margins go
Reels are now the core of almost every social media retainer, and editing is the line item that never shrinks. More clients means more editors. Editors have their own style, take leave in festival season, and need two revision rounds per reel. Price your retainer to cover all of that and you lose the pitch; don't, and you lose the margin.
Third-party rate guides from October 2026 put freelance reel editing in India at roughly ₹800–₹8,000 per reel, and agency retainers at ₹25,000–₹1,50,000 a month for 12–20 reels (viptro.com, hunarbox.in). Every reel your team doesn't have to hand-edit is margin back.
How it fits an agency workflow
- Onboard the client once. Give Instant Studio the client's Instagram handle, website or brand guide. In about two minutes Claude builds their design system: fonts, colours and caption look. Instant Studio ships with three starter design systems too.
- Collect raw footage as usual. Drive folder, WhatsApp dump, shoot day. Drop it into that client's project.
- Brief like you'd brief an editor. "45-second reel for the Diwali offer. Hook in two seconds, price counter, Hinglish captions. Like the reference reel the client sent."
- Check the motion sheet. Claude writes the plan of every cut, caption and graphic before rendering, so you catch wrong ideas before they cost time.
- Apply client feedback as notes. Paste their comments in plain English. Approved notes are saved to that client's design system.
- Export both sizes. 9:16 for reels, 16:9 for YouTube, from the same edit.
Projects, footage, plans, brands and renders all live in one dashboard on your computer.
Reel formats agencies deliver every month, with a brief for each
- Founder talking head. "Cut pauses and retakes, hook title, keywords highlighted in the client's brand colour, logo end card."
- Offer or launch reel. "20 seconds, product clips cut fast, price and offer dates as bold labels, CTA 'DM to order'."
- Unboxing. "Cut on the beat of this track, a label for every item as it comes out of the box."
- Podcast clip. "From this episode, three clips with a two-cam split and a hook bar on top."
- Event or shoot-day recap. "Montage of these 50 clips, paced into one story, title card with the event name and date."
- Same cut, new brand. "Re-style this reel in the other client's design system." One brief, a different look.
What changes for your team
- Editors become reviewers. One person briefs and checks reels for many clients instead of hand-cutting each one.
- Consistency stops depending on who edited it. The design system is the brand, not the editor's habits.
- Turnaround shrinks. Notes are fixed in minutes, not "tomorrow, after the other client".
- It works at 2 AM before a launch, when your editor doesn't.

Questions people ask
Can I use Instant Studio for client work?
Yes. Make one design system per client so every reel matches that client's fonts, colours and caption look. The Instant Studio licence covers one user and one business.
Do I need a Remotion licence?
Instant Studio renders with Remotion. Remotion is free for individuals and companies of up to 3 people; bigger teams need a Remotion company licence from Remotion.
How do client revisions work?
Paste the client's feedback as a note in plain English, for example "logo bigger, remove the second product shot", and it re-renders. Approved notes are saved to that client's design system, so the next reel starts closer to what they like.
Can it handle different video types for different clients?
Yes. Talking heads, podcast clips with a two-camera split, product unboxings cut on the beat, day-in-the-life vlogs and montages. Each uses the client's own design system.
What does it cost an agency?
₹2,999 a month for Instant Studio, plus a paid Claude plan with Claude Code, billed by Anthropic. Heavy daily editing across many clients may need a higher Claude plan for more usage.
