For doctors and clinics

Explainer reels for doctors and clinics, edited from your own clips

Patients trust the doctor they've already watched explain things clearly. Instant Studio turns the two-minute clip you record between OPD slots into a clean, captioned reel in your clinic's style, without an editor on retainer.

Short answer

Record yourself explaining one thing a patient asks you every day. Drop the raw clip into Instant Studio, describe the reel, and it delivers a finished explainer: pauses and retakes cut, Hinglish or English captions, key terms highlighted, your clinic's colours and logo. ₹2,999 a month, plus your own Claude plan.

Why doctors post reels, and why most stop

The questions you answer in OPD every day are exactly what people search for: "Is this knee pain arthritis?", "When should my child see a dentist?", "Can diabetics eat mangoes?". A one-minute answer from a real doctor builds trust before the patient ever walks in.

Most doctors who start, stop. Recording is easy. Editing is not. Removing the "umm"s, adding captions, keeping a consistent look and posting regularly needs either your evenings or an editor's monthly fee. Instant Studio takes the editing off your plate.

Reel formats that work for doctors, with a brief for each

  1. The common-question explainer. "45 seconds. Cut my pauses and retakes. Hinglish captions, highlight the key terms in our clinic blue. Hook: the question on screen in the first second."
  2. Myth vs fact. "Two-part reel: 'Myth' card, my answer, 'Fact' card. Bold labels, calm pacing, our logo at the end."
  3. Three signs you should see a doctor. "Numbered list reel: 1, 2, 3 as big labels while I talk. End card with clinic address and timings."
  4. Procedure walkthrough (without patients). "Use my clips of the clinic and equipment as b-roll over my explanation. No patient faces. Soft, clean captions."
  5. Clinic tour. "30-second tour: reception, consultation room, equipment. Short labels on each room. End on the booking number."
  6. Health-day or season reel. "Monsoon infections reel: my talking head plus three quick tips as captions. Hindi voice, Hinglish captions."
  7. Long video to short. "Take this 10-minute talk I gave and make three 40-second reels, one per key point, each with its own hook."

What to shoot

  • Frame yourself from the chest up, phone at eye level, light from a window or a ring light in front of you.
  • One topic per clip. Say the question first, then the answer. Don't worry about stumbles; retakes are cut out.
  • Use a clip-on mic if your room echoes. Clean audio gives clean captions.
  • Shoot b-roll of your clinic once: entrance, reception, equipment, your hands writing a prescription. It gets reused across many reels.
  • Never film identifiable patients without written consent, and keep reports and screens with patient details out of frame.

How the raw clips + reference flow works for a clinic

  1. Drop in your footage. The talking-head clip, any b-roll and your clinic logo. Claude transcribes every word and finds pauses, retakes and filler.
  2. Describe the edit and point at a reference. "Like this reel from a doctor I follow: big captions, a zoom on key lines. But my clinic's colours." Claude writes a motion sheet, the plan of every cut and caption, before rendering.
  3. Give notes, get the final. "Spell it 'HbA1c', not 'HBA one C'. Make the hook shorter." It re-renders in minutes.

The first time you open Instant Studio, you give it your clinic's Instagram, website or logo, and it builds your design system: fonts, colours and caption look. Every reel after that looks like your clinic. When you approve a note, it's saved as a preference and used next time.

Keep it professional

Instant Studio edits; you're the doctor. Before you post:

  • Follow the National Medical Commission's current guidance on professional conduct and advertising, and your state medical council's rules. Check them directly; don't rely on summaries.
  • Don't promise outcomes. Explain conditions and options; avoid "guaranteed" and "100% cure" style claims.
  • Protect patient privacy. Consent in writing for any patient appearance, and no identifiable details on screen.

The honest cost

  • ₹2,999 a month for Instant Studio, billed through Razorpay. Cancel anytime; updates included while you're subscribed.
  • A paid Claude plan with Claude Code, billed by Anthropic. Pro is enough to start.

Questions people ask

Can a doctor with no editing skills use Instant Studio?

Yes. You brief it the way you'd brief an assistant, for example "45 seconds, cut my pauses, Hinglish captions, highlight the key words". Claude makes the editing decisions and you give notes in plain English. A setup script installs it on Windows or Mac.

Does it work for Hindi and Hinglish health explainers?

Yes. It transcribes Hindi and 90+ other languages. Hinglish captions come out in Roman script, which is how most people read reels. You can correct any medical term in a note and it re-renders.

Is my footage uploaded anywhere?

Your footage stays on your own computer and is not uploaded to an Instant Studio server. Instant Studio runs on your own Claude plan. Don't record identifiable patients without their written consent.

Are there rules for doctors posting on social media in India?

Yes. Follow the National Medical Commission's current guidance on professional conduct and advertising, and your state council's rules. Instant Studio edits what you say; it's your responsibility to keep claims accurate and compliant.
