For real estate

A video editor for real estate reels, on your own laptop

You already shoot the flats, plots and site visits on your phone. Instant Studio turns those raw walkthroughs into finished reels with the price, location and size on screen, in your brand's style, without waiting on an editor for every listing.

Short answer

Instant Studio is a complete video editing system for property marketing. You give it the raw walkthrough clips from your phone and, if you like, a reference reel whose style you want. It delivers the finished reel: tight cuts, Hindi or Hinglish captions, price and location callouts, your logo and contact card. ₹2,999 a month, plus your own Claude plan.

Why real estate reels are an editing problem, not a shooting problem

Most agents and builders can shoot. A phone walkthrough of a 3 BHK takes ten minutes. The bottleneck is what happens next: 40 clips sit in your gallery, the editor is busy with another client, and by the time the reel is ready the flat is half-sold.

Property reels also repeat. Every listing needs the same things on screen: the price, the carpet area, the location, the floor, the possession date and how to contact you. That's exactly the kind of edit a system does well, every time, in the same style.

Reel formats that work for property, with a brief for each

Each line below is a brief you could type into Instant Studio as it is.

  1. The walkthrough. "Cut this walkthrough to 30 seconds. Open on the balcony view, then living room, kitchen, master bedroom. Price, carpet area and location as bold captions."
  2. The 3-second hook. "Start with the best shot and the price on screen in the first second. Then the walkthrough. End on my contact card."
  3. Agent to camera. "Talking-head reel, cut my pauses and retakes, Hinglish captions with the keywords highlighted, b-roll of the flat over the middle section."
  4. Locality guide. "60-second reel about this sector: schools, metro, market. Use my street clips as b-roll and a map-pin label for each place."
  5. Site progress update. "Construction update for the tower: date stamp on each clip, short captions, end with 'Possession: [month, year]' and our RERA number."
  6. Before and after. "Split screen: bare-shell clip on the left, finished interiors on the right. Slow, calm pacing. Our logo at the end."
  7. Plot or land reel. "Drone and ground clips of the plot. Size, road width and price as labels. Hindi voiceover stays, add Hinglish captions."
  8. Client handover. "Key handover moment, family smiling, 15 seconds, warm captions, our brand colours."

Once your design system is set, each of these is a brief and a review, not a fresh project.

What to shoot (so the edit comes out right)

  • Shoot vertical (9:16) if the reel is for Instagram. If you also want a YouTube version, Instant Studio can render 16:9 from the same edit.
  • One clip per room, 5–10 seconds each, steady. Walk slowly. Hold on the view for three seconds before you move.
  • Shoot the exterior, the entrance and the view. These make the best hooks.
  • Record a 20–40 second talk to camera with the key facts. It becomes the voice of the reel, and the captions come from it.
  • Note down the facts you want on screen: price, carpet area, floor, facing, possession date, RERA registration where your state requires it, and your phone number.

How the raw clips + reference flow works for a listing

  1. Drop in your footage. All the phone clips for the listing, plus your logo. Instant Studio transcribes any speech and finds the pauses, retakes and filler.
  2. Describe the edit and point at a reference. "Like this reel from a builder I follow: fast cuts, white text, price in yellow. But my brand." Claude writes a motion sheet, the plan of every cut, caption and label, before anything renders.
  3. Give notes, get the final. "Swap the kitchen and bedroom order, make the price bigger, add the possession date." It re-renders on your computer.

The first time you open Instant Studio, you give it your Instagram handle, website or brand guide, and it builds your design system: fonts, colours and caption look. Every listing after that looks like it came from the same office.

Where a human editor still makes sense

If you're launching a big project and want a cinematic film with drone choreography, 3D renders, colour grading and a brand anthem, hire a production team. Instant Studio is built for the steady flow of listings, site updates and talking-head reels that keep your page alive every week.

The honest cost

  • ₹2,999 a month for Instant Studio, billed through Razorpay. Cancel anytime; updates included while you're subscribed.
  • A paid Claude plan with Claude Code, billed by Anthropic. Pro is enough to start. If you edit many listings in one day you may hit your plan's usage limit; a higher plan gives more room.
  • A Windows 10/11 PC or a Mac with 8 GB+ RAM (16 GB renders faster) and about 5 GB free space. It doesn't run on phones or tablets.
  • Your time: a few minutes to brief and review each reel once your design system is set up.

No credits, no watermark, no per-reel fees. Your footage stays on your computer.

Questions people ask

Can Instant Studio edit property walkthrough videos shot on a phone?

Yes. Drop in the phone clips of the property, describe the reel you want, and it cuts the walkthrough, adds captions, price and location callouts, and your logo. It edits your real footage; it does not use stock or AI-generated property videos.

Does it add Hindi or Hinglish captions to property reels?

Yes. It transcribes Hindi and 90+ other languages, and Hinglish captions come out in Roman script so they read naturally on Instagram. You can also ask for English captions over a Hindi voiceover.

Can I make one reel per listing quickly?

Yes. Once your design system is set up, each listing is a short brief, for example "30 seconds, open on the balcony view, price and carpet area as bold captions". You review the draft, type notes, and it re-renders in minutes.

What about RERA details on my reels?

Ask for your RERA registration number as an on-screen line or end card, and include it wherever your state requires it on project advertising. Instant Studio puts on screen what you tell it to; checking what the rules require for your project is up to you.

What does it cost compared with a real estate video editor?

Instant Studio is ₹2,999 a month, plus your own paid Claude plan billed by Anthropic. Third-party rate guides from October 2026 put freelance reel editing in India at roughly ₹800 to ₹8,000 per reel.
